Pizza Peel 10 – Unprecedented Lightness
The Pizza Peel 10 is incredibly light, making every movement easier and reducing fatigue for the pizza chef during prolonged use. Thanks to the use of a special aluminium alloy, the peel offers a slight flexibility whilst always retaining its original shape and ensuring consistent performance over time.

The new Pizza Shovel 10 is, in fact, the result of intensive research and development, in which we have integrated the most advanced technologies with the know-how of master pizza chefs, whilst paying homage to a powerful symbol of Naples, the home of pizza.

Milling, rivets and ribbing> The special milling on the Pizza Shovel 10 creates a perfect fit between the shovel and the work surface, ensuring optimal grip when handling the pizza. Rivets are used to guarantee strength and security between the handle and the head of the shovel. The special ribbing provides excellent stability whilst leaving just the right amount of space for the dough.
Anodisation> Anodised aluminium with an electrochemical protective coating: greater resistance to abrasion and weathering, a uniform finish and superior durability.
Detachable handle (optional)> Click Lock system for a detachable handle offering the same rigidity and strength as a single-piece handle, thanks to precision engineering. Compatible with all aluminium peelers.
